17 months.
My Dylan is now 17 months old. This has gone all too fast and I can't believe that he'll be going to nursery at the end of the month. Dylan is getting more and more fun with each month and is getting so smart.
Dylan has a lot of words- the newest ones are apple, book, spoon, and otro (Spanish for other, right?). His favorite words are still no and mama, although sometimes he calls me mommy instead. Cute, cute.
Dylan is currently obsessed with my spoon/utensil drawer and always stands in front of it asking me, "Spoon? Spoon?" He loves to take a spoon and mixing bowl, throw some toys in and mix them together.
Dylan is also climbing on everything that he can. The couches, the toilet, the toybox.... he's all about it.
Dylan also tells me whenever he poops, which is really funny to me. This morning when I opened his door he was peeking at me through the slats in his crib saying "Poop! Poop!"
Amazingly, Dylan is still on two naps each day, although sometimes he only has one and does ok for the most part. Mama is trying to hang on to the two naps for as long as possible. He's a great night sleeper- 9 pm until 7:30 or 8 am.
Elmo is still Dylan's main man, but he also likes to watch Shrek and Toy Story.
Dylan definitely has a little temper and sometimes yells "No!" when he's mad at me.
Mealtime continues to be a struggle, as Dylan is ridiculously picky and I don't know what to do about it. Oatmeal, crackers, pasta, yogurt, ravioli, rice, and occasionally apples seem to be the picks as of late. This child's pickiness is going to be the death of me, I'm telling you.

More.
Dylan now says "poop" and "poo" when he has a #2.
He also blows on warm food before he eats it.
His favorite book is "Llama Llama Red Pajama."
He does the sign for all done/all gone when he is finished eating.
Poor lamb fell last Saturday and got one heck of a goose egg. Luckily the swelling went down after a day and the bruise is almot gone.

At 15 months...
Dylan is an absolute riot and is getting smarter and smarter every day.
Last night at dinner he saw my glass of water and immediately started saying, "Agua! Agua! Agua!" and reaching for my glass. I got him a little plastic cup and poured a little water in it. He was so excited to drink from his big boy cup. That is, until he dumped the whole thing on his head after his 3rd refill.
He's also getting very verbal. Here are some of his words (or at least all that I can remember):
Mama, Dada, Oscar (Otar!), Moo, dog, kitty, Elmo (Mo! Mo!), no, all done, uh-oh, bye bye, hi, please, nose, cracker (CaaCaa!), more, agua.
